​MEET JIM VITEK

Jim Vitek is founder & CTO of AppKey, a platform for discovery and monetization of android apps. Prior to founding AppKey, Jim was VP eCommerce Development for Domino’s Pizza, where he was responsible for Dominos.com + mobile ordering applications. Jim is also a co-organizer for GDG Ann Arbor Android.

​MEET JAYASHREE RAVI

Jayashree Ravi, a techie, has been in the Engineering Industry for over two decades and has enjoyed being a hands on technical person all through these years. She has a Master of Science degree from Wayne State University along with several industry certifications which includes SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) and SCEA (Sun Certified Enterprise Architect). She has mentored and taught on Mobile Application Development, Big Data and Cloud Technologies for several students and professionals in Universities and Corporations. She is a faculty member for Wayne State University facilitating Mobile Application Development in Android and she is the Founder of Mobi Boot Camp Corp., a Michigan Licensed Proprietary School. If she is not teaching or training, she will be developing products and/or platforms with her team.

​MEET DAVID TRUXALL

A long time resident of metro Detroit, Dr. Truxall has programmed for a living since 1995, working with enterprise web technologies, modeling business processes, and building public web sites for some of the largest companies in Michigan. Always an enthusiast for troubleshooting systems, David has rescued numerous troubled applications and improved their performance. He speaks at local conferences and user groups. Currently David is working as a mobile architect, bringing mobile apps and their supporting systems to the public sector.

​MEET SCOTT WEBER

Scott Weber is lead Android developer for the Mobiata-branded apps FlightTrack and FlightBoard at Expedia. He has been doing Android development for two and a half years and finds something new to love about it almost every day.

​MEET SEAN O'NEIL

Sean O’Neil is the lead Android developer at Duo Security, working on Duo Mobile for Android and other Java based projects. He is particularly interested in clean code, Scala, and contributing to open source.

​MEET CALVIN BUSHOR

Calvin Bushor leads a Web Application Development Team at Quicken Loans. Calvin spends most of his R&D time building Node.js applications and playing with anything related to JavaScript. Calvin recently started learning and experimenting with AngularJS, focusing on creating Node.js APIs to support his AngularJS applications. When Calvin is not writing bulletproof JavaScript apps or experimenting with new web technologies, you can find him playing soccer or practicing his home improvement skills.

Charles Redmond is a Software Engineer with Quicken Loans.

​MEET CHRISTOPHER SMITH

Christopher graduated from the University of Michigan, Dearborn with a BS Software Engineering. He has worked for large companies and small start-ups. Currently he is a full stack web developer working out of Ann Arbor and builds dashboards using Angular.js and D3.js. He enjoys participating in the development community and contributes though talks and his blog.

​MEET GODFREY NOLAN

Godfrey Nolan is founder and president of RIIS LLC a mobile development firm in the Detroit Metro area. He is also author of Android Best Practices (Apress), Decompiling Java (Apress) and Decompiling Android (Apress). Godfrey has spoken at several AnDevcon's as well as JavaOne, ASP-Connections, VSLive, Codemash, Code PaLOUsa, 1DevDay and many local Java and .Net user groups on a wide range of topics such as Continuous Integration, Executable Requirements and mobile security.

​MEET MARTIN OMANDER

Martin Omander works for Google Developer Relations, where he helps developers achieve more by standing on the shoulders of Google. He has previously worked in the fields of consulting, web-based enterprise systems and payment processing at Accenture, CafePress.com and various start-ups. Martin grew up in Sweden and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
